Throughout the year, UKRFCU collaborates with multiple organizations to help support local causes related to ending hunger. Recently, the Ukrainian Catholic Archeparchy of Philadelphia opened the “Good Samaritan Food Pantry” to support people in need. According to Feeding America, 50 million people may face hunger in the U.S. during 2020 — including more than 17 million children – due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Earlier this week, UKRFCU’s Anatoli Murha (pictured here with Sister Teodora Kopyn) visited the Food Pantry to present a $1,000 donation for the Good Samaritan Food Pantry.
UKRFCU encourages its members to help those in need throughout the year. To learn more about supporting the Good Samaritan Food Pantry, please visit https://www.facebook.com/GoodSamaritanFoodPantryUKRCAP or call 215 429 0560
