Understanding Your Suffix and Member ID#

  • Member ID#: This is your unique credit union number. This can be found under checking or savings when clicking on account details. Member ID is inside of ACH number, for example it is can be started from 17500000xxxxx or if savings ACH xxxxx0000, where ‘x’ sign is your member ID.
  • Suffix: Each account (checking, savings, etc.) has a suffix (e.g., 0000, 0075, etc.) to identify it.

How to update Personal Information

  1. Log into the UKRFCU App
  2. Click on the “Settings icon” in the upper right corner
  3. Click “My Settings”
  • Contact information (address, Phone number)
  • Primary email
  • Security and Login information

Once in your profile settings, take the time to visit the other options to configure the app and alerts to your preferences.
